Annual Campaign

YMCA Membership dues cover the basic operations of the YMCA, but funds are needed to help with the membership assistance program so that everyone may participate in YMCA programs or exercise regardless of their income. That is why the YMCA conducts and annual campaign each year. For more information about the YMCA’s annual campaign and funding needs, please click here to view the annual report.

Endowment

The YMCA of the Prairie Endowment Fund exists to ensure the future success of the YMCA. For more information on the fund or how you can donate to it, please contact the YMCA CEO at (308) 995-4050.

Heritage Club

The YMCA of the Prairie Heritage Club in an organization of men and women who are helping perpetuate the YMCA’s influence on future generations of youth and families through their gifts and commitments to the YMCA Endowment. Each year, the YMCA recognizes Heritage Club donors at a special dinner in the fall.

Volunteer

The YMCA encourages people of all ages to help others through sharing their special talents and abilities. If you would like to volunteer at the YMCA, please give us a call to discuss the possibilities. Volunteer opportunities may include (but are not limited to): teaching a class to children or adults, leading a non-denominational Bible study, leading a book club, coaching a youth sports team, helping at the annual triathlon.
